The browline style is iconic and timeless.  It has a definite 1950’s and 1960’s vibe, and if you watched Mad Men on TV you will remember seeing the character called Harry Crane often wearing this type of frame.

You will often see browline style frames today being called the clubman style.  The reason dates back to the 1950’s when Artcraft made a very popular browline style that they named the Clubman.

The Zero G frame I am wearing above is called the Sands Point, and it is certainly one of the more comfortable frames you will find in this category.  You see, Zero G frames are hand crafted at Masunaga Optical in Japan from flat sheet titanium.  The precision detailing is incredible.
